Odds & Ends

Here are some Danish tidbits which
we found interesting.

I haven't been able to verify this but
the best explanation I heard of these
metal markings on many streets is
that they are for guiding blind people.
Below is an intersection of two streets.

The insanely expensive cost of salmon in
the food section of a department store
surprised us.

Interesting wall piece
in the Glyptotek.

Amusing typo in a poster
boosting female self-confidence.

Rental boat picnic

Manhole cover art.

Fisherman setup in Odense

Temporary bull-riding at a bar
next to our hotel.

The Royal outfit I wouldn't
mind wearing.

Rare traditional couple
in cafe.

Gold plated toy soldiers
of one of the Kings of Denmark

Ivory model of the ship in which
he won a big naval battle

The official crowns in the
treasury of Rosenborg place
