COPENHAGEN - A Test For My Memory

Now recuperating in New York I am
going through the photos, selecting a
few I find interesting and may have left
out of previous posts and testing my
memory to see if I can identify them.

The view from our table at Geranium

A full size copy of Michelangelo's David,
donated by the Carlsberg beer tycoon Jacobson.

Inside the King's theater where we
saw Twyla Tharp's Come Fly Away.

Rosenborg Castle - guarded home of
crown jewels and still used for state
occasions. Throne room and
tapestry detail shown below.
Note tourist and guard in center.

Note tourist seated in center.

A version of the tower of Babel. Not by Breughel.

Rose garden of Rosenborg Castle.

The Danish butter cookies which
inundated the American market are
hard to find in Copenhagen.

Lovely pin on display in either Rosenborg or Helsingor.

Amusement ride at Tivoli
(which we did not visit)

Blankets for patrons at bar
near our hotel.

Sign in airport baggage claim area.
