Alghero

If this 1:48 video of Emma driving on the road to Alghero works on the blog it should give a good feel of the road and her fine driving. {I tested it from my end and it just shows the still photo.]

 Telephone contact got us into the Villa Mosca in Alghero. It had shown as full before we left the U.S. It's a lovely nine-room hotel.

  1. I love a good mosaic dome. The policeman’s uniform looks like something out of Mussolini’s Italy. Speaking of Mussolini, I’m wondering what made the mussels the best you ever had.
